Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be authorized to connect any data source you add to Sema.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to violate the rights of others.
  • Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

Plans & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice effective on your next billing cycle.

Intellectual property

  • Sema retains all rights to the service. You retain all rights to your data and content.
  • You grant Sema a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers & liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sema's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
